According to, SOUTH SUDAN Customs regulations, all cargoes to, SOUTH SUDAN must be accompanied by a ECTN/ CTN/ BESC certificate.

· Any Cargo destined to South Sudan through any Sea Port required the ECTN to South Sudan. The ECTN for the Port of Discharge (third country) though is not required.

· The BSC certificate must be validated 05 five days before the vessel arrives.

· Shipments who arrive without BSC or ECTN Certificate SOUTH SUDAN with false information on the BSC gets charged twice the certificate cost plus the regulation charge determined by the, SOUTH SUDAN National Port Officials.
